2004 M3 Convertible

Hello All, This is my current project, I decided I wanted to go topless and rear wheel drive. What better starting point than an M3. Factory this car comes with 333hp, thats a healthy 133hp more than my last car.

Here is the car sitting in public storage waiting to be picked up. Car was in mint condition. Came with a clear bra, smoked corners and side markers. It was lowered on H&R Race springs. Blacked out kidneys, side grills, badges. Best of all only 2900 miles on the clock.

A couple months after buying the car I decided it would be fun to take it on a road trip to Toronto Canada. The car drove great, we had a heck of a drive down the QEW. Here's a pic right after leaving Importfest.

I test fitted some CSL parts, I decided the look was not for me. They were quickly sold..

I attended my first of many E90post meets. E90/92 are the newer model BMW's. Although I am an e46 owner, I think the E90 people are pretty cool!

I added some Kinesis K19R wheels, picked them up from New York. These wheels are 19x8.5 and 19x10. They are forged aluminum with a shot peened finish on the face of the wheel. These are some pretty tough wheels, and my favorite is the trick hidden valve stems.

The next place I decided to take the car was OC Car and Truck Show in Ocean City. I went along with some old Bwimports club members. Most of which are now on Team Solo

We took some pics on the Docks in OC. I think they came out great!

I did a small photo shoot in Georgetown. One of my favorite parts of DC. I love the look of cobble stone streets. I think I could live w/o driving on them.

At the time I had added in a DICE Ipod Kit from EAS.. It's great having along of music on tap!

I can control it using the factory radio controls. It also reads song information right onto the lcd screen.

I also added a Bavarian Soundwerks Subwoofer upgrade for the convertible. There just wasn't enough oomph for me with the factory sub.

The best part is that it remains hidden away behind the seat cover.

Next I attended a Virginia Mega meet with some Solo friends in 2007

I acquired a windscreen and a stubby antenna.

I also purchased Eisenmann Race Exhaust

and a Gruppe M intake made out of 1x1 Cf.

I am going to purchase kwv2 coil overs with Rogue RSM's, and Powerflex RTAB's next. I will probably do the install myself, still trying to get over the fact that the RTAB tool will cost me 100 bucks, my spring compressors didn't cost that much! :) I would also like to get a different set of wheels, anyone interested in purchasing some Kinesis wheels? Near perfect condition, send me an email if you're interested. Thanks!

The modding bug is starting to hit!
